Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. Ours was very complex, so the owner came along with Bal to see the project and discuss our options. We had a number of ideas we were considering and they were very patient with us during the in-home consultation. We decided to go with a smaller scale of the project, and they were respectful and honest enough to suggest that we could handle this new scope of work, without requiring their services and paying more than we needed to. They put the customer ahead of the bottom line, highly recommend them for your renovation needs

We recently completed a renovation with Pinnacle that involved the updating of two new bathrooms, a closet and new flooring throughout the house. As with all renovations there were complications, difficulties and unforeseen circumstances but the team at Pinnacle managed and overcame those challenges with professionalism, creativity and collaboration. The work provided by their trade partners was of the highest quality as well. Special mention to our site supervisor Andrew Wallace who went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Would highly recommend Pinnacle to take care of your home.

We were very happy with our professional relationship with Pinnacle. We were especially impressed with Jami Giesbrecht with her suggestions and finely detailed knowledge of every aspect of our project. In addition we truly appreciated the service and cooperation of the site supervisor, Husayn Lalji. We found the trades to be timely during construction and when we presented our deficiencies to Paul Klassen, he ensured that everyone bent over backwards to get the matters resolved. With so many people involved it can never be a perfect science, but we found Pinnacle was very accomodating to have any and all shortcomings resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Pinnacle did a great job on our renovation project.
