So sad. We had high hopes when building our home and we have not had support. We have asked them to come do our siding job correct from the beginning as well as other things and they just wouldn't fix it and run out the warranty and then they tell you oh we can't do it because the warranty is up. It's absolutely gross how they have handled this and would not recommend such an supportive company. Find someone who cares about their name and work and cares about people.

We had a great experience with Renova Homes and would absolutely recommend them. They were very flexible and accommodating, especially in helping us navigate a sale-and-buy situation, which made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. Melanie and her team were fantastic during possession—very helpful, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. Overall, a very positive experience with a builder that clearly cares about their clients—and even our dog loved the tub!

Very excited to post a great review for our builder, they are so responsive to our requests and are always prompt and helpful when inquiries are made. Since the framing has started on our unit a lot of progress has been made , shout out to the framing crew! We have noted very good building practices as we observe construction of our home. The choices for finishes are very tasteful and of high quality , a huge selling point for us. We also believe this builder procures the very best areas to build in, and we have done a lot of research in this area. Don't hesitate to buy from Renova , we believe they are the best choice.
