We hired Shignanski to complete an extensive renovation and a addition to our home - Shignanski exceeded expectations. The team was mindful of timelines, kept us informed on scheduling, and the site was immaculately clean at the end of each day, which made living through a major project far more manageable. The Project Manager (Steve) was extremely skilled and proficient. While I may have had many questions and requests he was consistently responsive. He also has a keen eye for detail. We received clear updates on progress, upcoming milestones, and any decisions that needed our input. Pricing was transparent, and any changes were discussed in advance with options explained plainly. Any issue ever raised was addressed quickly. We’re thrilled with the result and how seamlessly the addition integrates with the original home. Highly recommend Shignanski for anyone looking for quality workmanship, reliability, and a contractor who genuinely respects your home and timeline.

Had our fence replaced by Shignanski Construction. Extremely happy with the finished product. The staff were very organized, friendly & efficient. Everything was neat / area cleaned up at the end of each day. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. Thank you Steve & crew.

The folks at Shignanski Construction do excellent work. Kurt and Darren are craftsmen that make sure the job gets done right. We are very happy with all of the renovations they have completed on our home. Shignanski completely removed our old, dark, kitchen and turned it into the beautiful, bright, open concept masterpiece that we imagined! Great work guys, we are very happy. They have also removed and rebuilt the deck on the back of our home, they built my office and installed beautiful oversized glass entry doors. They look so amazing. Most recently, they installed a magnificent entertainment center in our main floor common area. We love it. These guys do great work from start to finish. We highly recommend using Shignanski. Thanks again guys.
