Once I contacted Acorn everything happened very quickly. The initial visit to take measurements, make a recommendation and leave us with a quote was same day. Then someone called to take an order and set the date. That was a little quick, we wanted to think about and said we’d get back to her which we did. Acorn was available to install when we wanted and the installer arrived right on time, took only 2 hours, gave us both a lesson and was gone! We’ve both enjoyed accessing our lower level routinely.

I just wanted to thank everyone for putting in my Acorn Stairlift! It has been a life changing experience for me. It was put in quickly and professionally. Craig was a lovely man who explained it to me and was very courteous and helpful . The technician Jody who installed .took only an hour to do it. He explained how to use it safely and easily . There was no rush and I was allowed to take my time with questions until I was comfortable with the lift. If you're thinking of getting one..please get the Acorn Stairlift, you'll be glad you did!!

Recently Acorn Stairlifts installed their model 130 in my home. The technician was very efficient and the whole job was done in about 3 hrs. Afterwards he gave me a-how-to-use the lift including a test ride. Everything was explained to me and I was very satisfied with the whole job.
