Two years ago, we had a problem with the elevator lift at my business. The company that was servicing our account at that time tried for 10 months to fix it without success They ultimately told us we needed to replace the lift. I called Alliance originally asking for a quote for a new lift. Alliance suggested sending out a technician to assess the lift. Within 15 minutes, Tony had the lift running! Needless to say, Alliance now services our account!

When my grandmother fell down the stairs it was terrifying, and my family worried that she wouldn’t be able to stay in her home. That’s when we found Alliance Elevators. They were amazing! They were able to work with my family, and our budget to instal a gently used stair lift. The process was quick and easy. My grandmother is so excited to be independent again, and my family is at ease knowing she can safely go up and down the stairs. We can’t thank you enough Alliance Elevators!

Our church had a stair lift installed by Alliance Elevator. What an amazing company! They were so professional but yet very personable with us. Tony Pallo, the Operations Manager is top notch, he was always on time with appointments and very organized in getting the job done. He was always available to take our calls and quick to respond to emails. He trained a few of us on how to operate the Lift and he was very patient( thanks Tony). All in all it was a very good experience dealing with Alliance Elevator and would highly recommend them!
