The bathtub they installed isnt sitting flush on the subfloor that they also installed. There is a noticeable spring when you stand. I expect my bathtub to crack in a few months and I expect them to not fulfill their warranty. 8k wasted. Not to mention the countless scratches on their bain magique walls and tub from installation . Borderline fraud. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Installation date March 12-13 2026 . James Marandola

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY!! They do not listen, they pretend to know what is going on with your bathroom and issues you may be having to sell their product and get you stuck in a contract. Their customer service is basically them telling you that you are wrong, that they can't stand by what their sales rep say because that "is a conversation between two people" so basically saying you are remembering the conversation wrong. One stay only because I had to put a star. Otherwise should be zero.

Horrible experience. Great service provided by Patrick. However after the bathtub was installed, the bathtub drain got blocked and the water drained very slowly. They sent someone from BM to assess the problem and try to fix it and they actually made the blockage worse. I contacted the manager Frederic and he was extremely arrogant and said that there was nothing that they could do and that I have to contact a plumber and deal with this situation myself. Extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
