  My Bath Fitter remodel is beautiful. The finished product looks and functions perfectly. My installer Rafael Wong arrived early so he could unload his work truck and be ready at the scheduled start time of 8 AM. He was very pleasant and he worked quickly, carefully and professionally and completed the job earlier than I anticipated around 3:30 PM. I highly recommend getting Bath Fitter to do your bathroom renovation.

  Bathfitters did a very poor job on our tub installation. The quality of work is unacceptable. The tub and surrounding finishes are visibly uneven trim pieces are misaligned and the caulking is sloppy inconsistent and poorly applied. In multiple areas gaps and rough edges are clearly visible giving the bathroom an unfinished and careless appearance. There is also visible damage to materials including chipped or exposed substrate at trim corners, misaligned panels, and poorly cut edges that were inadequately covered with caulk instead of being properly repaired or replaced. In moisture-prone areas like a bathroom, this raises concerns not only about aesthetics but also about long-term durability and water intrusion. Even worse the plumbing work is clearly faulty. Fittings are leaking which is completely unacceptable for a newly completed bathroom and raises serious concerns about competence and safety. Beyond the bathroom itself the outside wall adjacent to the bathroom was damaged during the installation which only added to the frustration and lack of confidence in their work. We were offered by technician to hang family photo on the wall to hide the holes he made during the installation. Communication has been extremely disappointing. We reached out multiple times regarding the installation problems and were repeatedly told someone would follow up. No one from management ever contacted us and calls were not returned. They sent technicians after the installation to address the issues but nothing was actually fixed. Based on our experience the quality and lack of accountability are not worth it. I would not recommend this company. It's been up to three months after the installation and nothing was done to fix the issues. What should have been a straightforward project has turned into an ongoing headache.

  Had an amazing experience with Bath Fitter! From the initial consultation with Lindsay, to installation day with Jeremy, I am blown away that my shower and tub are completely re done in a day! It looks soooo good 😍 being in a condo this was a great and quick way to do a bathroom makeover. The quality of the materials, brand new tub, and the look is so modern and I love it so much! Thank you so much for a great experience, I would recommend to anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
