Joanne was a great sales rep/easy to work with. She showed me her own bathroom reno using Bathfitter which was nice to see that she trusted the product. Dave was our installer and he was incredibly tidy and professional. In total the work probably took maybe 8-10 hours over the span of 2 days. Our water was off for only a couple hours on day 1. I would recommend Bathfitter for your bathroom reno - totally worth it and I may be reaching out for our basement bathroom in the future :)

The team was incredibly friendly and helped us complete our bathtub renovation in a smooth and efficient way. Communication was fast and clear throughout the entire process, which made everything easy and stress-free. Joanne was wonderful to work with, very responsive, helpful, and kind. When we had an issue with the drain months later, they responded and came quickly to help. Josh was kind, patient, and worked hard, we really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled.
