I recently refurbished my tub to a walk-in shower by Bath Fitters Nanaimo and am so thoroughly happy! From the friendly receptionist, Hailey, the advice from Sasho, the sales consultant, to Darcy, the installer, it was a wonderful experience. Darcy made sure all my add-ons were adjusted to my height and it is a pleasure every time I use my new “special space”!! Thank you all so much!

Bathfitters replaced our tub and surround and added shower doors. Since we wanted to change the style of the tub we couldn't just cover it over so we made a complete change. Ian was here for a day and a half and did a beautiful job. He was very respectful of our home and it was a pleasure to have him here. He worked efficiently and competently and left our bathroom looking beautiful. Our entire experience with Bathfitters was very positive from start to finish: with Sasho, visiting the showroom and a home visit for an estimate, email communications with Hailey, and removal of our old tub and walls and final installation with Ian. They were all friendly and professional and made the process effortless.

They are very responsive and friendly. Sasho spent a lot of time with us going over all possible options. We shopped around and found Bathfitter prices very competitive. The installation was done cleanly and professionally. It looks great. There were some minor adjustments required after the installation that were address immediately. They actually answer the phone and respond quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend Bathfitter.
