We had our bathtub and shower replaced with the bath fitter inserts. The customer service was amazing from beginning to end. We had a gentleman by the name of Bryan do our installation. He was so great! He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He keep the entire environment clean and had it all done in less than a day. We are so pleased with the results and the company. We would definitely recommend.

Bathfitters installed our downstairs shower about 5 years ago. After a few years a crack developed in the floor. When we mentioned it to Bathfitters they came out and verified the issue. No arguments. Our installation came with a lifetime warranty. They gave us a 2-day window to have it fixed. Val arrived on day 1 as promised to do the first part of the repair and returned on day 2 to complete it. His repair was comprehensive, careful and beautifully done. Val was respectful of our property and careful to protect our floors from the snow outside. We cannot say enough good things about Bathfitters and Val. We give them both 5 out of 5!

We had our bathtub changed to stand in shower by BathFitter. Yesterday Jan.26,2026 the installation was done in one day only. Bryan the Technician did a superb job. Was so impressive for him to finished the job in one day only. We are very pleased with the result of our very nice stand in shower. Thank you Bryan & to your assistant.
