I have gutted the entire bathroom to the studs myself including the removal of the old tub. We then handed it over to bath fitter. They installed their low threshold walk-in shower. We picked our Moen fixtures and grab bars/shelves in brushed nickel and our sliding glass doors also have the brushed nickel hardware. It turned out amazing! What we like the most is that there is no grout to fuss with. It is pricey but it is worth every penny looking forward. Easy to maintain and no grout to deal with down the road! The whole project turned out beautifully! Thanks bath fitter and Mack, Laura and Corey! Great team!

The installers were very professional. The sales team were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone treated us so well from the first phone call right until the final day of the remodel. We did have questions afterwards and their team answered us quickly and very professional. Ashton was the installer. He was on time, very personable and was also very courteous! My parents had their tub and shower replaced with a walk in shower. The entire job and cleanup were completed within the two days. Jeff was the salesman that came out, explained in detail what we were getting and answered questions about the products and what would be the best fit for my parent’s needs. Cory one of the office staff even went as far as FaceTiming my parents so they could see the actual product before ordering went through. We will definitely use BathFitter in the future!!

Definitely a five star experience from our initial visit to the showroom through final invoice. All the staff were personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their products and the process. Questions were answered honestly and with integrity. Ashton was our installer for the 2 day ensuite shower reno project. He was personable, and worked diligently and patiently on our project. There was an issue with the wall panel that he explained clearly. Together we worked with Ashton and his manager to address the issue to our satisfaction and they still completed the project on time even though it required an extra trip from Chatham to Windsor. Yes, Bathfitters Windsor does service Chatham. The workspace was cleaned up at the end of every day and hardwood floor up the stairs and to the ensuite protected during the project. We had the installation completed a couple of months and we are extremely pleased with the end result and our experience.
