  We hired Case Design to build an addition onto the front of our house. From the initial meeting, through the planning stages, product choices, construction, to the final inspection, every step of the process was personal and professional.  Our project manager was excellent and responded to our questions and changes quickly.  All construction crews were friendly, hard working, and provided quality workmanship and attention to detail.  They did exactly as agreed upon in the contract. Our project was completed on schedule considering minor delays due to weather and back ordered material.  The web site for communication  and daily log updates made being off site easier.   We would highly recommend Case Design - Archadeck. We were impressed by their process and are ever so pleased with our new front entry, half bath, and family room.

  We hired them to repair a slow leak to our upstairs shower. They put the new fibreglass shower panels in place and accidentally bumped some of the new piping. 2 days later, while I was making dinner, our living room ceiling collapsed - it had been filling with water. To their credit, they sort of fixed it. But our lovely, show home of a living room/kitchen has never looked the same. The floor is still messed up and on a sunny day you can see the lines in the paint and lumps/sanding marks on the ceiling from the patching. We also had guys in our house for the whole of our little summer vacation, trying to get a handle on the damage. The original leak could have gone on for years and never caused that kind of damage. It was particularly brutal because we had just paid to have our whole house repainted - all money wasted. Painting patches of repaired ceiling or wall will never look quite the same as everything around it.

  Case is top notch! From the start they made it so easy. They came to my place as I was interested in gutting my bathroom and starting from scratch. I sent in pictures of what taste and style. My next meeting they had many samples to choose from, tiles, paint color, faucets, etc. As soon as my decisions were made, I was given the start date and the time line. I received daily logs and pictures of what was completed. The designers, project managers were very professional and a HUGE shout out to Romil, the craftsman who was outstanding! His attention to detail is unmatched. Very professional company that is true to their word. They taped the walls and floors with a protector for the removal of the bathroom and foot traffic as well as a sweep up at the end of every day. They made sure all the towel racks were up and that all the lights had bulbs, and of course, the final walk-through at the end. Hiring CASE is stress-free as EVERYTHING is done for you. If you are interested in reliable, high-quality renovations, then Case Design is for you.
