Hello, following the purchase of a used stair chair which came from Maison André Viger, the chair did not work after several calls to Maison André Viger, no return call and if you manage to speak to someone they tell you that they will call you back in the next few minutes and they do not do it, after-sales service non-existent (see Google reviews). So I called Élévation Mrs. Fournier takes my call, I explain my problem to her, she tells me a technician will be at your home in 20 minutes, I am from Mont st-Hilaire Mr. Grondin arrives at my home as promised and gets my chair working again and takes the time to explain to me how to help me if a problem arises, I was really surprised by the speed and compassion that this team has for people with reduced mobility (97 year old lady). Maison Viger 0 star Élévation 10 stars. Thank you again 1000 times.

Elevaction came to my home at a critical time... Not only did they perfectly understand the situation, but their expertise contributed exceptionally to restoring the quality of life for both my parents, who use motorized wheelchairs. Their efficient adaptations ranged from accessing the house to the details of the bathroom and the patient lifts. Highly recommended!

We were ready to do business with Elevaction, but unfortunately, our family situation prevented us from starting the process with them. Ghyslain was wonderful on the phone. Courteous. Understanding.
