VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, DECEITFUL PEOPLE We were delivered a brand new Toyota Sienna in shocking condition;the vehicle was completely covered in scratches, dealer did not know where they came from and offered to pay for the cleaning and compounding but some scratches were too deep, also the engine compartment was full of tree buds,we had to ask for a vacuum. When brought to Toyota they could not believe the DISGUSTING condition this brand new vehicle was in,the interior was covered in soot, the air vents were filthy;there was metal debris from drilling everywhere on the floor where the wheelchair goes.Pocket behind the leather driver's seat was ripped, carpet under the seat was torn, the bolts holding the seat were over torqued and stripped, had to be drilled out.Dealer offered to exchange the seat;had to drive 3 hours there round trip.We brought our seat protected in bubble wrap.We were rudely greeted, told we did not know what we were doing, that the seat harness was not removed properly. They brought the seat out,we noticed it was the wrong seat, they were dumbfounded! I offered my help to remove the harness, they cut me off saying they do it all the time;they brought the proper seat out, just dropped it in the back of our truck;we noticed the plastic foot covers were broken;they had to change them with our original ones that were intact,so much for their know how.We had to ask for our bubble wrap back to wrap the new seat ourselves,we could tell we were not wanted there. When we installed the seat, they had broken the bracket for retaining the wire harness;we had to fix it.The weld joints of the lowered floor were not undercoated and they were full of rust;had to wire brush them and put a special coating before getting it professionally undercoated,Eureka partially paid. Before the purchase, the dealer never showed us the vehicle or explained the adaptation,he was never available;our OT had to show us the rear entry Toyota van of another user for us to look at the ramp and restraint system and to see if our son’s wheelchair would fit.The right side rear ABS in our Sienna has 4 large holes, the other one did not.The owner of Eureka agreed to replace the ABS piece,it has been over six months, one was sent with scratches, but it’s on its way! When we removed this ABS piece,we found more metal debris left behind by Braun workers;they work with no pride,we had to clean this up,we have pictures of everything.Eureka had to change the front Q-Straint for electric Q-Straint winches. The installation was absurd, they looped and tie wrapped two lengths of 8 foot cables in front and beside the battery;you could not access the battery at all. In their installation, they put a switch and DRILLED 4 holes in MY Toyota trim;the right bottom of the hatchback is not closing properly,Toyota said it is due to that. The weather stripping going around the hatchback was cut incorrectly by Braun and under it,there is another molded piece of weather stripping that was ripped,Eureka refuses to pay for them.We knew the whole back of the van would be completely modified and the third row seats would be removed; we were never told of all the parts that would be stolen. This dealer takes apart the vehicles before sending them to Braun. We wanted back the kick switches for the side doors, with the wires and bottom rails,we can use them;he agreed but did not give us the wires & runners. We paid full price and that came with the van.The third row seats they kept, and for the sets of carpets and the mudguards they took,we had to ask for them back. All this has created a very toxic atmosphere in our family and the dealer made us look like over demanding nasty people. We had to go for a recall on the restraint system, they did not adjust it properly, they bent the frame of the van and the technician promised to send a service report along with a detail of all the issues that he agreed needed to be resolved;he lied,we are still waiting for it,he was deceitful and took advantage of our good faith and made us look like fools and the dealer couldn't care less about it.

I was a Quality Assurance Manager before I became disabled. There are good Installers and there are bad Installers for Adapted Equipment. I experienced both. Eureka Solutions is a good company for Adapted Van Installation and Service. If you want to have a Braunability installation done. Have it done at Eureka Solutions. Very easy to deal with and Professional (Staff is Great). Highly Recommended!

Excellent service!!! We had an appointment at 2:30 but we arrived in Montreal from Ottawa at noon. They told us to come on in. They rebooted the conversion computer software and fixed my remotes, which were not working for the doors at all for 18 months. We exited the shop at 2 PM with all remotes working before our scheduled appointment at 2:30.
