I moved into my brand new house with a 5 stop elevator which was contracted by the most horrible company that gave me so much trouble the first 2 years I dealt with them. Their service was so bad that I was willing to let go of the under warranty free services and find a different company to maintain it. To my luck I found express elevators and they genuinely turned the entire experience around for me. Not only are they prompt in responding and scheduling emergency services , they have the best team of kind, knowledgeable and skilled staff who go above and beyond in catering their clients!

Our condo corporation has been using Express Elevators for two years for the maintenance of our elevators within our individual units. The management, mechanics and especially Rashmeet, have been very professional and great communicators. Highly recommend them not only due to customer experience but their price is also competitive.

Express is an expert at providing the promised service flawlessly. Its commitment and dedication consistently exceeds expectation. I've worked on many projects with this company, and continue to be impressed with its knowledge of elevator interior, its creative designs and its ability to meet a tough deadline. Whenever our clients come to us with their own designs/Ideas for custom elevator door skins, we know whom to call. Express takes all the responsibilities, from taking the measurements to creating CAD files. With the help of this company we can focus on production without worrying about the details. Not only is Puneet highly professional but also friendly and a pleasure to work with.
