I moved into my brand new house with a 5 stop elevator which was contracted by the most horrible company that gave me so much trouble the first 2 years I dealt with them. Their service was so bad that I was willing to let go of the under warranty free services and find a different company to maintain it. To my luck I found express elevators and they genuinely turned the entire experience around for me. Not only are they prompt in responding and scheduling emergency services , they have the best team of kind, knowledgeable and skilled staff who go above and beyond in catering their clients!

Our condo corporation has been using Express Elevators for two years for the maintenance of our elevators within our individual units. The management, mechanics and especially Rashmeet, have been very professional and great communicators. Highly recommend them not only due to customer experience but their price is also competitive.
