Five stars for Five Star Bath Solutions. They earned every one! We had a complete bathroom transformation: out went a 30-year-old tile step-in tub and dated brass-and-glass corner shower, and in came a stunning walk-in glass shower and a beautiful new freestanding tub. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The sales rep took real time with us, walking through our options, answering every question, and never rushing. Once the project began, the crew removed all the old fixtures and drywall, installed new drywall, and prepped the subfloor for the new tub area. When we decided to mill, finish, and install our own maple floorboards and wainscoting around the tub, they didn’t skip a beat. They paused, gave us the time we needed, and came back ready to pick up right where they left off. That kind of flexibility is rare. The shower is an absolute dream. We chose the built-in bench and grab bar with the future in mind, but honestly, we use that bench almost every single shower now. The ½” thick glass panels, door, and Sentral basin and walls are a breeze to squeegee clean, low maintenance, high style. Ash, Gill, and Gary were skilled craftsmen in every sense: precise, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to have in our home. If you’re considering a bathroom renovation, look no further.

We had an excellent experience using 5 Star Bath Renovations. We were looking to renovate a main bathroom to provide a safe washroom space for my elderly parent. We had someone come in and give a full estimate in our home. They were able to schedule us in very quickly and make the changes we needed. Ash, our contractor called us and set up days and times that wired for us. Peter and Lorne were our renovators and they listened to what wanted, gave design advice and were flexible and patient to our asking for additional items installed above what was included for a reasonable cost ( ie; extra plug ins installed, mirrors of our choosing replaced, and a change of mind with the flooring we originally had chosen!) The tub was completely removed, walls and tiles removed, walls and ceiling painted, beautiful walk in shower with safety seat and bars with a stunning transformation from our dingy old pink tiled bathroom to a modern stylish new bathroom with safety in mind! All within a very short time frame!!! We love it!
