Ruth Olson helped so much tracking down a payment we thought we sent but they didn’t receive. Once I discovered that the bank had the funds still, even though they had exited our account, we were able to resolve it. Ruth was very patient and understanding and forgiving without any cost to us. That is rare these days and we really appreciate her method of handling this mishap They have a very loyal customer as a result.
