If you were not able to take full responsibility until the end, you should have told me from the beginning to hand over the motor installation to another company. I have now spent over $10,000, yet I have been unable to use my elevator for an entire year. You are no longer answering my calls, and the company you handed this over to has taken no action at all. You are now saying that the breaker was damaged because of a fuse — but that fuse was replaced by your company. Why should I have to pay again to fix a problem that was caused by your own work? A business is built on customer trust. If this is how you treat a customer of three years, then you should not be in business at all. I can no longer wait. You must choose one of the following immediately: either contact my lawyer, or come and fix the elevator now.

Just a great company to work with. They renovated the interior of our elevator cab and it looks like a brand new elevator now. Thanks to Jeremy and the whole team at Grand River Elevator!
