Ray called first and within a few minutes, he arrived and got right to work putting together the bed rails and the arms that go on either side of the toilet. He installed them quickly and securely and explained while he did. My mother-in-law and aunt tried them and were very satisfied with everything. Ray was pleasant and made conversation with them and did his job quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
