The team at Atlas were amazing - both in helping us choose the right option, the lead time to receive and the installation - all went incredibly smoothly. We are very happy with the lift and it works like a charm!

This is my first ever review on Google and I am taking the time to write this so you won't get screwed like we did. A family member purchased an elevator with them a year ago. The elevator is malfunctioning and we had to called them for reperation at least 10 times the first year which is crazy for an "allegedly" brand new elevator. Worst costumer service ever!!! They are really rude on the phone when they answer and it takes days for them to send someone to fix the elevator. It took them 3 weeks to send someone one time!! Crazy! You have been warned!! They replied and say that I'm not a customer but yes I am since a family member bought the malfunctioning product and the consequences directly affect me and my family!!! Instead of replying to negative reviews on Google calling them fake, please fix the quality of your products!!!

I recently had a new Hercules platform lift installed by Atlas Access, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The product is excellent—reliable, smooth, and exactly what I needed. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend both the Hercules lift and the team at Atlas Access!
