After almost a year, we are still very happy with the renovations that Jiri, Zuzana, and their team completed for us! We had our main four-piece bathroom fully renovated, our mudroom tiled, and our fireplace re-tiled. The main renovation took approximately two weeks, with a few smaller tasks (e.g., the shower door installation) extending into the fourth week. Overall, we were able to move back into our home within two weeks to an updated and fully usable bathroom. Renovation prep experience – Zuzana was wonderful in guiding us through the preparation process and all the selections we needed to make before the renovation began. She helped us make decisions based on quality, size, colour, and overall fit. We also had a tight timeline, as we wanted the renovation completed while we were away during spring break, and they were able to make it happen. This was huge for us since our house only has one main shower and bath. The renovation work – Jiri and his team did amazing work. The quality of the renovation has held up beautifully, and we have no complaints a year later — we’re very happy. During the renovation, they discovered plumbing issues and were able to address and fix them for us. As first-time homeowners with a 100+ year-old house, this meant so much. When Jiri walked us through the finished space, you could truly see the pride he and his team take in their work. Budget – We compared a few companies initially, and ultimately felt most comfortable with Loft Renovation. As with most projects, the overall cost comes down to fixture selections. We chose a mix of items from Home Depot (faucet, shower head) and higher-end pieces (tub and vanity), and we’re very happy with how we approached the finishings. Overall, their team is fantastic. We intentionally chose a personally owned renovation company because we wanted to work directly with people rather than a large corporation. Even though our renovations were smaller in scope compared to a full home renovation, we wanted a team that would give us care and attention — and they absolutely did. When we take on future renovations, we will definitely be reaching out to them again!

Jiri and Zuzana at Loft Renovations brought our vision for two bathrooms to life. They listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. The bathrooms turned out great, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Highly recommend!
