I used Mobility Specialists for installing a ramp on a commercial deck project. I found their price to be very reasonable and their customer service was excellent. They came through on a tight timeline and navigated an unforseen issue with great professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

After consulting with 3 different companies we chose David to install a Savaria curved stairlift. On the first meeting David took the time to get a full understanding of exactly what was needed and all of the alternatives, making us feel like we were taking a fully informed decision. His follow up and responsiveness are highly satisfactory and we never felt like we were imposing on him despite being very particular about what we wanted. The install was as mutually scheduled and right on time. The lift has been working perfectly since. David went on to repurpose my old straight stair lift to a relative and they are now in a much better place in terms of safety without spending for brand new. Very satisfied, highly recommend David and his team.

David and his team are absolutely wonderful. David worked quickly to have a porch lift installed for my parents. Due to unforeseen circumstances the lift was needed on an urgent basis and David worked hard to ensure the lift was installed in a timely manner, safely and without any disruption to my parents. He was always available for any questions we had and took the time to show my Mom how the mechanism worked. I would highly recommend Mobility Specialists (and especially David) for your accessibility needs. They are a wonderful group of people who take the time not only to satisfy your needs but also provide care and compassion in the process.
