I broke my tibia in February of this year. I got a lift chair through Motion, which has been amazing. The team were wonderful to deal with regarding the purchase and subsequently regarding one repair issue that arose. Finn came onsite to deal with it. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motion.

My mom's power lift recliner needed replacing, so we hit Motion on a Tuesday morning. Ashley and Kelly were amazingly helpful in helping us select a new one, top notch service. Shaun and Majid delivered it Wed. AM and were also extremely good and attentive as they walked us through everything. Highly recommend Motion for their expertise and customer focus. Thanks!

Last week we had the dreaded error code appear on my sons Permobil M3. The next morning I dropped the chair off and was assured by Finn that they would take a look and let me know what the issue was before the end of the day. Two hours later I got a call from Finn that the chair was ready to be picked up and was working perfect. A bad connection was the culprit. Wow! Thank you Finn, Chad & Patrick for the prompt service, it is truly appreciated.
