Great super friendly company to deal with, from their sales rep Richard to the installation by Steve and Jake who were very informative about my new chairlift. Everything about the lift was explained in great detail. This chairlift will be a definite life change for me by alleviating the pain being experienced on my hip. This chairlift is very easy to use and runs so smooth and quiet, I love it. Thank you so very much for all your kind assistance from sales to final install.

Our family recently had a wheelchair lift installed by Motion Specialties, and I can't say enough about what an incredible experience it was from start to finish. This lift has truly been a life-changing addition for our son and our family. It has created barrier-free access to our home, giving him the independence, dignity, and freedom to come and go with ease. It's difficult to put into words just how much this has improved his quality of life and brought peace of mind to all of us. A huge thank you to Andre, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. He made sure our installation was scheduled quickly and efficiently, and when we discovered we needed a few additional parts, he had everything ordered and organized without delay. His communication and customer service were exceptional. We also want to recognize Steve and Jake, who completed the installation. They were absolutely amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took tremendous pride in their work. They went above and beyond in every way, making sure everything was installed perfectly and safely. Most importantly, they took the time to thoroughly walk our son and our entire family through the operation of the lift, ensuring we were comfortable and confident using it before they left. Their patience and genuine care meant so much to us. It's rare these days to find a company where every person you deal with is so dedicated to providing exceptional service. Motion Specialties exceeded every expectation we had. If you're looking for mobility solutions and outstanding customer care, I wholeheartedly recommend Motion Specialties. Thank you for helping make our home truly accessible and for making such a positive difference in our son's life.
