  Had to call in a technician (Chris) to remove the front foot plates from my motorized wheelchair due to restricted access to the safety hooks for bus drivers wanting to tie me down before taking me anywhere. Very professional; he also noted that the wire that connected my night light to the battery was secured in a way that could have led it to snapping if the wire caught on something external. He fixed that. He also noted my left arm rest was rattling a little too much and tightened the screws there. My thanks for prompt service and many kudos to Chris for his attentiveness.

  I recently worked with Ethan at Motion to get a manual wheelchair with Smart Drive. Ethan was so helpful, patient and kind throughout the process and checked in a lot throughout the way to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He coordinated with OT Ann really well (who was also a pleasure to work with) and took all the stress from the process off of my plate. Definitely would recommend reaching out to Motion if you or someone you know is in need of any mobility aids or equipment.

  I recently called Motion for service on a wheelchair we use in our health centre, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Crystal. She was extremely professional, responsive, and clearly understood the urgency of our situation. Crystal prioritized our repair request and arrived very quickly, which we truly appreciated. The level of service we received was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be using Motion again in the future, and we highly recommend both the company and Crystal for their outstanding service.
