The representatives at this store were amazing. Very friendly. They worked hard to find a rental solution for my mobility while I was on vacation in Thunder Bay. They help load and unload the scooter I rented. Would definitely use them again.

Had a really, really negative experience with them getting my equipment. Will add a more detailed review at a later date. Would definitely recommend for anyone go to another equipment supplier in town
