The Team at Motion Whitby are ultimate professionals—they even handled all the complex billing paperwork. Enjoying a transformation in my independence and safety. Thanks to Lori for doing this so fast...rushing right before your vacation. UPDATE: My advice to others, would be to call and follow up on your device(s) to see if they have already likely arrived, don't wait...and ALWAYS be a strong advocate for YOURSELF. Others helping you advocate? Terrific! But, make certain they are both interested AND committed to following through with that OFFER of help that they saw you very desperately needed. It has been personally, very crushing and sadly made my trust circle smaller. In July, I was asked to leave a review with my experience so far, which I absolutely immediately did, with great joy. Once my review was here, there was no circling back to following through with helping my advocacy/paperwork in June. My husband and I were so very grateful at that very offer and reassurance. We know there are too many others with equally great needs and not enough time in a day, but feeling forgotten is quite wounding. Even still, I know the company and Lori would move mountains for their clients to get access to the necessary ADP's. Still 5 Star humans

Hi, I purchased two wheelchairs from Whitby Motion and with the help Dan Popovic the experience was great. He made my daughter and myself feel comfortable from the get go. He showed and talked us through the whole process as well as providing a contact for a certified OT for filling out the OCF application for the 75% funding from OHIP. My chairs arrived when they were supposed to and Dan came with them to give a tutorial and to make sure I was comfortable operating the power chair. Motion will be my first stop for all my wheelchair needs in the future.
