I was very happy to find someone who deals in used lifts. Ross was very responsive and helpful before annd during install. Once we were ready for installation, he came very quickly and had it finished in less than three hours. Ross gave a very good instructions on how to use the lift and explained what to do during a power outage, etc. The used Lift that he brought, looks like it's in almost brand new condition. He even fully cleaned it at the end of the installation. He cleaned up the whole area very well. We are very happy with Ross and his prompt, courteous and friendly service. We will definitely be requesting his mobility equipment services again when it's time to put in our second stair lift, and wheelchair lift.
