What an absolute joke of a company. I can’t even express how ridiculous they are. I live in a brand new condo building, and Otis employees are here every couple of days — not to fix anything, but to stand around chatting and texting on their phones. The elevators barely work for more than five days at a time. It’s beyond frustrating. Honestly, I wouldn’t hire them to run a chicken coop, let alone manage elevators in a residential tower.

our 34 floor condo is now just have one elevator running out of 4 for 17 days! Terrible service! Hundreds of people are facing with multiple problems due to poor management of these guys

This guy was driving 80 in a 50 zone and had alot of road rage. Glad to see what your company represents. Smh. Feb 4th 2024
