Senior Care Path Summary

Safe Bathing Canada specializes in walk-in bathtubs and accessible showers designed for seniors and those with mobility challenges. The company installs its own products with certified technicians in a single day, removing the old tub, installing the new one, and cleaning up with no subcontractors.

All installations are backed by a lifetime warranty on aluminum door systems. The company qualifies clients for the federal Home Accessibility Tax Credit, which can offset up to about $2,800 (2026) of installation costs. A free bathroom safety assessment is available online in 60 seconds, with no obligation.

Products include five walk-in tub models (Guardian with outward-swinging door, Imperial with inward-swinging door, Majestic for bariatric needs, Oasis for full recline, and Zen soaking style) plus accessible showers with non-slip surfaces, grab bars, and fold-down seats. Optional hydrotherapy jets, chromatherapy, aromatherapy, and heated seat backs can be added on installation day.

The company is based in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canadian-owned and operated, with no US ownership or franchise structure. Free consultations and quotes are available by phone or through their website.

Submitted a lead through their website and received a call. I scheduled an appointment at their showroom for 4pm today, which involved me taking time off of work. Got to the showroom to find the doors locked and no one answering the phone. A complete waste of my time and utter incompetency of their appointment scheduler.

Once we bought the tub and Brady Marshall had the money is his hands he would not call us or email us back after months of trying to connect with him to return a part that he sold us that was not necessary. We highly suggest not using this place. Its been eight months now and we continue trying with no response. Once he has your money he will ghost you, a disgusting way to do business. His installer told us that unfortunately he hears this quit often.

We had a walk in tub installed a year ago and had a problem with the door closing . As it turned out we had jamed it ourselves. Thie tech showed us the problem at no charge. Thanks Safe Bathing
