The job was done well by Savaria; the installation team was very professional and did a great job of installing an electric chair. However, word of caution, avoid working with their sales rep Roxanne Roy as she is incredibly rude and aggressive for no reason. Her unwarranted unprofessional behaviour was shocking and of course she refused to apologize.

UPDATE We needed a 2nd repair done. I have to remove one star from my previous repair as this time, it took almost a week for the technician to come. I was hoping to talk to the technician who could simply just tell us what we could do in the meantime as we wait for him to come by, but that wasnt even possible. things like how to reset or shutting down the elevator is something that could easily be done over the phone or even by email by just pointing us to which button and all. receptionist and service remained curteous. just very long and does not offer any help over the phone. :( Original Receptionist was courteous on the phone, explained the price, and kept her promises of calling back at x time with x day for the appointment. Technicians showed up within the set time (but note that even if they came late, it is understantable since it is hard to predict how long one repair would last) and did what they needed to do fix the problem. Very nice and courteous, and now I feel much at ease now that it is fixed. Thank you!
