Came in to buy some luer lock needles, absolutely amazing experience! I gave the lady at the front the SKU, she pulled it up, then suggested some alternative needles that were both cheaper and more comfortable Cannot recommend Schaan Healthcare enough, this is where I will be going for any future medical supply needs!

Firstly I was lied to by a staff member when trying out walkers . Secondly I left a few messages on the stores landline and never received a call back. I was comparing a variety of walkers and of course wanted a good one while also price comparing. What great news when the outdoor sign read 'No sales tax on rollators'.I was even further impressed when I was told by a employee the sale was for the whole month of June. When I mentioned this great sale at another business they informed me there was not any tax on them anyway. I called Schaan's back only to be told very rudely that" I must have misunderstood". The person didn't even allow me to explain. I am going to assume that seniors and stroke survivors are a majority of their shoppers and how sorry I feel for them if treated like this. Lastly I would like to share the customer service is absolutely 💯 👌 at THE WALKING STICK near City Hospital

Reached out to them after placing an order to find out when my order would be shipped . Was replied to within minutes and told by customer service rep. that is had shipped two days prior. Send a second email moments later asking for a tracking number. That reply took 6 hours and allowed me to find out the order was not shipped on the day given and had not even been picked up by Canada post for hours after I was told it had shipped. It's not a big deal but why take customers for fools ???
