This situation is unacceptable. The elevator at CBE schools continues to break down repeatedly. Each time the technician attends, they reset the electrical box and leave, only for the elevator to stop working again within an hour. Despite this, CBE is charged for every visit, with no lasting resolution. This is a serious concern. We have students who use wheelchairs, as well as laptop carts and equipment that must be transported between floors so students can access computers. The repeated outages significantly impact accessibility and daily operations. Adding to the frustration, the service team continues to place blame on school staff rather than properly diagnosing and fixing the issue. There appears to be a lack of accountability and a lack of effective troubleshooting. We currently have six high schools and seven junior high schools experiencing similar issues, yet no meaningful progress has been made to address the root cause. We need a permanent solution, not temporary resets that fail within hours. This ongoing situation affects student safety, accessibility, and learning, and it requires immediate and serious attention. I wont use this company.

Absolute amateurs. Have been unable to fix two elevators in our building after 5 months of attempts. Just walked by a woman in a wheel chair in our lobby waiting for her sons to drive from across town to lift her up to her floor because both elevators in the building are out of service once again. Someone was trapped in one of them the other day. Do not use these clowns for new builds.

If I could post zero stars I would. Our Schindler team installing two new elevators delivered our cars 2-3 months late, promised a 6 week install that has now taken 3-4 months and have totally disappeared from our project site. The project team will not respond to our emails, texts or phone calls. It is an incredibly disappointing experience and I would highly recommend avoiding this company.
