I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft at my apartment yesterday and was able to get them back at 8am today because of Hayes Elevator, they made it super easy to hear from them and schedule the rescue. The worker that did it and spoke with me was very friendly and nice and professional!

This company takes care of the elevators at my apartment complex. Whenever there is elevator trouble (which is rare) these guys are always quick to arrive and fix whatever the problem may be. Their service is fast and reliable and the guys are always friendly.

employees of this company yell at pedestrians and cyclists while driving around downtown in company vehicles. If that is the attitude you have your customer service skills must really be lacking.
