The Children's Cottage has contracted with Chinook Elevator for the maintenance of our two elevators. The team at Chinook have been very responsive to all of our calls, with same day service. They have also been proactive at trouble shooting potential problems, and have done an excellent job of monitoring our units and keeping immediate communication between themselves and our Operations team. They also came in at a much more reasonable service contract which is important for us as a charity. Highly recommend.
