This business has been at the building i rent at since September. Our last update we got was that the elevator would be complete by november 14. It is not December 12 and still no elevator.

STAY AWAY – They Can’t Handle the Work Our building "Polo T" signed a contract with ElPro Elevators in early 2025 with the expectation of a professional and timely upgrade. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. March 2025: Work began, but only a few hours were completed in the mornings before workers disappeared for the day. This continued with minimal progress. May 2025: ElPro issued an update citing “unforeseen structural delays,” pushing the completion date to the end of August. August 2025: A new announcement claimed Phase 1 would be completed by the final week of October. Now it’s September, and no real work has even begun. Just a pattern of excuses, delays, and zero accountability. The unfortunate reality is that ElPro has clearly taken on more projects than they can manage, leaving ours neglected. At this point, we’re seriously considering rallying the entire building to leave a unified review, future clients deserve to know what to expect. Rating: 1★
