Huge thumbs up for Starkmans and staff!! My husband and I came from Thinder Bay to Toronto for a medical appointment. Unfortunately somehow along the way my husbands sleep apnea mask was lost! We arrived at 2:50pm on a Sunday- in a panic we started to search for a medical supply store and found that absolutely every one closed at 3pm EXCEPT Starkmans We called and immediately were answered by a very nice and positive young lady who informed us that thy did have masks but only 2 or 3. We thanked her and Ubers there immediately. Once there we were again greeted and helped Not only do they have a mask - but a NASAL mask (way harder to find) AND the pricing was absolutely fantastic. When we told the woman about the original mask getting knocked off by airport security while doing a random bag check she said that she has heard of this happening many times over her experience! She warns people if they travel to watch as it apparently happens frequently. Being she was sympathetic to our situation she also gave us an extra break on the already fantastic price! All in all- thanks you thank you thank you! Keep up the awesomeness!!! A super 10 out of 5 for this store and their fantastic customer service- pricing- store hours ( even in a Sunday) ! lol. They really made what started as a panic situation into a very pleasant afternoon and experience!!

Starkmans is just a block away from home, and I go there often for both personal needs and healthcare products for friends. I wanted to buy a walker for my dear friend Elise’s 80th birthday, and knew nothing about them, and was overwhelmed by the two entire aisles of different versions and styles to choose from. All the staff are wonderful! and Cheryl adopted me and helped me pick the perfect one - I chose to get the best quality for her. Highest recommendation!! 👑🐒⚜️ d

I am getting prepared for a full knee replacement at UHN Toronto Western Hospital. I was given a list of medical equipment recommended for my post operation recovery. I phoned Starkmans and spoke to Noor Rashid. Noor was incredibly helpful and polite. She sent me an estimate for the equipment which I submitted to my insurance company and the insurer has agreed that all of the equipment will be covered by my policy. During this time Noor called me regularly to tell me she has set my order aside and when she will be available for me to come to the store. I picked up the equipment today and Noor was again very helpful in changing some of the equipment and showing me how it all works. Noor is very committed to her job and shows great customer care and assistance. She certainly leaves an excellent impression for Starkmans.
