We had a great experience with Total Access Solutions! My grandma was in need of a couple grab bars for her shower and a stairlift installed in the garage. Crystal and the team were excellent from beginning to install! They answered any questions I had along the way. The showroom is laid out very well and it was great getting to try the products first. Dave did an excellent job installing the garb bars and stairlift. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I will be recommending this company to family and friends in need. Thank you guys! We appreciate it!

We reached out to Total Access Solutions because we had a 15 year old Handicare stairlift needing repair and the local branch of the original installer had closed down. We also had a newer outdoor Handicare stairlift that had been problematic from the day of installation and the original installer could not make it work properly despite 3 separate attempts. Doug came out for the service call and within 15 minutes (I am not exaggerating), he figured out the problem and had the outside stairlift working properly for the first time. He also determined that some parts on the older stairlift had worn out and ordered them. Once the parts arrived, Doug returned, installed them, and then cleaned the old stairlift and rail so that they looked new again. The older stairlift continues to work perfectly, which is fantastic as we do have a family member who depends on it daily. We were so impressed with Doug's expertise that we contacted TAS for the installation of another stairlift to the upper floor of the house. Al came by to measure the stairs and provided us options that were perfectly tailored to our elderly family member's needs. The office staff (Crystal and Jocelyn) made the ordering and installation scheduling easy and convenient for our crazy schedules. The new stairlift was installed 2 1/2 weeks later by Doug and the work was neatly and efficiently done. The new stairlift is quiet, is easy to operate, was reasonably priced, and is minimally intrusive for those who use the stairs. Now, our family member can and does safely navigate all floors of the house independently, which is a godsend. I am so grateful to have found TAS and will definitely be reaching out to them for further accessibility modifications to our home. Thank you so much!!

Excellent people to deal with. Prices are competitive. Allan was very thorough explaining the products, and was very helpful in solving a problem for us.
