Nihad communicated well, and serviced our elevator very quickly! He also was very flexible in coming to our remote, boat access village.

We had an excellent experience working with Senad at Western Elevator Ltd for our home elevator. Senad was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all available options, answered every question clearly, and made sure everything was delivered exactly as promised. The installation was smooth, the workmanship was top-quality, and the elevator works flawlessly. Highly recommend Senad and Western Elevator Ltd to anyone considering a home elevator.
