The service and staff were excellent. They helped us find a wheelchair suitable for my mom and her budget. Jovani and Brandon delivered that “old time service” attentive, informative, caring and friendly.The wheelchair needed a quick fix after we purchased it and Brandon showed up the next day and tracked us down at the care home. Excellent company highly recommend. Serviced my mobility scooter and as promised had it back to me within 2 days. Ali and his colleague went above and beyond helping me to reinstall my rain cover . Knowledgeable and extremely professional.

I want to share how incredible Ali at WheelchairWorks has been to my family. After the fire at Carrington House, my dad lost his mobility chair along with everything else in his room. Ali stepped in with so much kindness and generosity and made sure my dad had a scooter so he could stay mobile and independent. The level of compassion he showed us during such a stressful time meant more than I can put into words. It’s clear he truly cares about the people he helps, not just the business. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs mobility equipment.
