Now recruiting in five Ontario markets
Become a Senior Care Path Local Care Advisor
You know your city's retirement homes, the people who run them, and which ones families are glad they chose. We bring you families who are ready for that guidance.
Our technology finds the family. You close the gap between their online research and a $5,000 to $10,000 a month decision.
Apply in two minutesWhat a Local Care Advisor does
Families arrive on Senior Care Path overwhelmed, often after a fall or a hospital stay. What they need most is someone local who already knows the answers.
- Meet families, by phone or in person
- Know the homes, the directors and current availability
- Arrange tours, and attend them when it helps
- Explain pricing and what each home really includes
- Tell families which homes have earned their reputation
How it works
- 1
We find the family
Families find Senior Care Path through our city pages, cost guides and tools, and tell us what they need.
- 2
We handle intake
Our team talks with every family first, so you only meet people who want local, hands-on help.
- 3
You guide them
You shortlist homes, set up tours, explain the costs and help them decide with confidence.
- 4
You share in the result
Advisors work on a commission or revenue-share basis. Full terms come on our first call.
Our first markets
We're starting where we're strongest, one market at a time. We add an advisor once a city reaches roughly 30 to 50 meaningful family inquiries a month, so each advisor starts with real demand.
Who we're looking for
People with real senior care experience in their own city: placement agents and senior living advisors, retirement home sales and marketing staff, nurses, social workers, care coordinators and geriatric care managers.
Above all, people families trust. Our families make some of the hardest decisions of their lives with us, so we look for warmth, honesty and patience as much as contacts.
Apply to join
A short application, then a call with our team if it's a fit. Living outside our first five markets? Apply anyway and choose “Another Ontario city”. We'll keep you in mind as new markets open.
Is this a job or an independent role?
An independent role. Local Care Advisors work with Senior Care Path as partners, not employees, and keep their own schedule.
How are advisors paid?
On a commission or revenue-share basis, tied to families you help place or support. We share the full terms with shortlisted applicants on our first call, before anyone commits.
Where do the families come from?
From Senior Care Path. Families find us through our city pages, guides and cost tools. We handle intake centrally, then introduce families in your market who want local, hands-on help.
When will my city open?
We add a local advisor once a market reaches roughly 30 to 50 meaningful family inquiries a month. We're starting with Ottawa, Kingston, Toronto, Burlington and Oakville, and Hamilton. Applications from other Ontario cities are welcome; we'll keep them on file.
Do I need to be a licensed professional?
No licence is required, but real senior care experience is. Most strong applicants come from placement work, retirement home sales or marketing, nursing, social work or care coordination.
