My husband has been participating in wellness sessions with Amy via zoom for the past two months. My husband is usually very quiet and almost non-verbal. Amy provides interesting topics and guides discussion. I have been amazed at how my husband engages and contributes to the discussion. He loves these sessions and looks forward to them.
