So pleased to live here in a safe environment. Great studio suites with enough room to settle. The meals need improvement. Staff is dependable and care for me

My mom was in Walden for three years. For the most part the care was good and the caregivers very kind. My negative experience has been trying to get the rent money back that is owed. It has been over two months since my mom died and they have yet to straighten this out. It has been one excuse after another… I feel like I am not being listened to. I have called head office in Calgary and left messages a couple of times and no phone call was returned. Very frustrating indeed

My mom has been at AgeCare Walden for about 1.5 years. The staff there are so amazing! Many treat my mom like she is their own mom. Yesterday she turned 105 and they went over the top to celebrate her milestone. Some staff even bought her roses. I want to thank all the staff for the care that they provide for her. Gid Bless you all for the work that you do for our loved ones!
