My mother had regular housekeeping and laundry services with Alternate Care for the last year until she was moved into a transitional care facility last week. The staff who looked after these tasks were very nice and my mother commented on this a lot. Her apartment was very well maintained with cleanliness and her much needed laundry services were handled in her apartment building laundry room without any problems. I can highly recommend Alternate Care for anyone needing these services for a parent living on their own in need of support!

Please thank all the staff - office staff and home visitors - at Alternacare for helping me remain independent in my wee apartment. The people who come to our homes are doing so much more than keeping homes clean and doing laundry. They also provide regular human contact, especially for people like me who live alone, don't have children - nor family living nearby. Over the years, AC has provided me with a beautiful kind of extended family.

I have been receiving services with Alternacare for the past year and a half. Ann and Maryann were very kind and took care of everything thouraly. I never had to worry. Andre who provided support at my home was always on time and very compassionate. He did all his tasks completely and very well. Being palative I am so grateful for the excellent care and professionalism I experienced with Alternacare. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for everything. Sincerely Amy Beth Allan.
