I recently looked at Amber meadows for my relative to live. I found Sharon to be very friendly and she did all she could to help with pricing. The facility is small but very clean. I love the flower arrangements made every Friday by the residence. Three meals a day. The rooms are larger than I thought. They have all the amenities needed including a hair salon, pharmacy and convenient store and many other programs for residence. I would consider this for myself in years to come. I thought the rent is very reasonable most of all.

Sharon and her staff are exceptionally welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of their residents. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. On one occasion, I called because I was concerned about a resident, and they immediately checked on her in her apartment to make sure she was safe. That level of attentiveness and responsiveness speaks volumes about their commitment. The staff regularly exceed expectations by helping residents with tasks such as hanging pictures, arranging furniture, doing laundry, and so much more. They treat each resident with kindness, respect, and patience, creating a warm and supportive community. The dining experience is another highlight. The food is excellent, with a varied and thoughtfully selected menu that offers residents plenty of delicious choices. highly recommend Sharon and her team to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and welcoming residence. Their dedication to providing exceptional care and creating a true sense of home is evident in everything they do.

On our initial visit my daughter and I were greeted and warmly welcomed by the manager Sharon Francisco. She made us feel very comfortable and provided us with the answers to all the questions and concerns we had. We were treated to a very lovely supper and given a complete tour of the facilities and rooms available. She has been very accommodating to us in dealing with our immediate situation. You get a very home like and welcoming feeling when you enter Amber Meadows. Many Thanks to Sharon and her staff for the hospitality and warm welcome. We look forward to moving in at the end of the month.
