Great service, very responsive, professional and easy to work with. The care givers were professional, attentive, well trained and helpful. I would recommend this service!

Extremely poor service. A booking was requested for a simple hospital transfer. The worker sent had absolutely no discernible skills nor compassion nor basic human concern. I had a procedure at the hospital where I was given sedation. The worker had no idea even how to walk safely with me and I was frightened of falling. She never once asked me if I needed to take my medication. Or if I needed the toilet or even a drink of water since I had to fast from midnight the day before. We walked right past a Starbucks where I wished I could have bought a coffee or a snack. She never attempted to speak with me to ask me if I was okay or how my procedure went. I called their office to discuss the problems. It took management a month to call me back, even after several calls to them for a refund. It was 10 minutes of them arguing with me about how great it was going to be "next time," while still even admitting to me that they had "underestimated the level of care I needed." Also, the $50 deposit for service was now claimed as a set-up fee. They promised a refund. It's been a week and no refund was sent. I wondered why there were no reviews for over a year: here's why. Edit: 2 months have passed. Still holding on to my $50 "deposit" even after promising to refund me. Edit 2: Received notice to pay "outstanding amount." Sent email back outlining AGAIN what happened. Refund received May 26. Date of contact: Feb 25.

I found the staff at Angles There For You were very helpful and understanding. They were easy to talk to and very flexible with the care they provided for my dad. My dad enjoyed the care aids that were matched for him. They all cared about him and his wellbeing. I would recommend this organization to your loved ones. Fred
