I had an excellent experience with Assurance Home Care when I needed temporary caregiving support while I traveled to attend my brother’s funeral. From the very first email through the completion of the service, their team was thorough, responsive, and attentive to every detail of the care required for my 103-year-old client. The coordinator did an outstanding job understanding our needs and carefully matching us with the right caregiver. The caregiver they selected was exceptional—efficient, compassionate, and a perfect fit in both personality and skill. She demonstrated all the qualities you hope for in a professional caregiver: patience, attentiveness, competence, and genuine kindness. It gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my client was in such capable hands during an important and difficult time for my family. I truly appreciated the professionalism, thoughtful coordination, and high standard of care provided by Assurance Home Care. I would highly recommend Assurance Home Care to anyone seeking reliable, compassionate, and well-organized caregiving services.

We needed assistance for my dad returning home after a hospital stay. The Assurance team were responsive and efficient in getting in home support setup quickly in a short time frame. The in-house care team were very good and helpful in getting dad settled back into home. Thank you to everyone who helped get things back on track for my parents much appreciated.

We needed the services of an overnight companion to help out and oversee the wellbeing of a family member with memory issues while I was having surgery that involved a hospital for a few days, and we were lucky enough to have Rose's help. She was just wonderful! She is so kind, attentive, professional and just lovely to talk to. My family really appreciated her natural empathy and lovely smiles. We also appreciated the professional way in which Monica set us up for this and future use of services with Assurance Home Care. Nothing but kudos for a much appreciated company that caringly tries to match their clients with the right caregiver for their situation.
