I had a great experience completing my co-op placement at Avanti Homecare. Everyone on the team was welcoming, supportive, and hard workers. Angie, Ayman, and Gesela were amazing managers who were always kind, patient, and willing to help me learn new things throughout my placement. As a co-op student, I appreciated the opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment and improve my communication and organizational skills. The workplace atmosphere was extremely positive and respectful, which made me feel comfortable and valued as part of the team. Thank you to the whole Avanti Homecare team for such a positive experience!

Avanti has consistently cared for our mom, for the last two years, with total compassion and kindness. Our mom has always really enjoyed the company of her personal care workers and we always appreciate the above and beyond mentality they bring to each of their visits. Mom’s first care worker, Kelly, was out first experience with Avanti’s care, and they have managed to continue their friendship, even after Kelly has since moved out of town. Mom’s newest care taker, Renata, is always looking to do new activities with mom and working through puzzles and memory games to keep mom’s mind active. We always have complete faith in Avanti’s staff and are so grateful for their help in caring for our mom who has been diagnosed with Dementia. We also appreciate their mentorship while we navigate the ever changing stages of this complicated disease. Thank you, Avanti.
