Only a couple of PSWs truly cared for my mom, truly out of the 20 plus they sent. Most of them dont want to feed my mom or clean her or make mom comfortable they just want to come in and get out within 30 mins and only want to chit chat or do light housekeeping. There are so many book offs in the last min. There is no backup PSW for book offs. I have complained to the management so many times their only excuse is they dont have staff in the Binbrook area. They dont want to hire anyone new for Binbrook residents. It's sad how poorly this place is run. I agree with all the bad reviews. There are only 1 or 2 PSWs who truly cared for my mom, and Bayshore is really lucky to have these PSWs.

Very poor communication 😕👎 management needs to do BETTER!! Can't say anything about the psw , they don't call in time and show up with out announcements ....18 days out of hospital without being seen 😪 pathetic. Hope you get the same care as u give!

So my experience with Bayshore nurses are not quite what I expected them to be I had one nurse who was super super hyper, which caused me to have even more anxiety, second nurse didn't bother taking off her shoes I had to ask her don't you have anything to cover your shoes, she says yes they're in the car, and only to be intimidated by one of my cats .. she asked me to move him, even though I was in pain with my stitches 😳.. so I did move him out of the way ,she didn't like the way how he was glaring at her..😻.🤦🏻♀️. All of my cats are loving and affectionate. .. but I can say with one nurse who is absolutely amazing and on the ball and on point.. polite and courteous, and understanding the pain I'm dealing with, full of compassion and knowledge and that would be Rupert. 😌❤️
