⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bayshore Home Health. After receiving home care since 2021, I can honestly say this is the best care I have ever experienced. Every member of the team has treated me with kindness, professionalism, dignity, and genuine compassion. A special thank you to my case manager, Louis, whose leadership is evident in the incredible team he has built. He truly listens to his clients and recognizes exceptional staff. After I shared my positive experience, he made sure my caregivers received recognition and even took them out to lunch to thank them. Seeing a company that genuinely values and celebrates its employees speaks volumes about its culture. My caregiver, Peyton, has been absolutely life-changing. Living with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis means I struggle with short-term memory and cognitive processing. Peyton was the first caregiver to recognize that I respond best to visual and verbal cues, and she structured my visits around those needs. Because of her, I have consistency, confidence, and the support I need to succeed every day. I am living the highest quality of life I’ve had since my diagnosis in 2019. I also want to recognize Titly, who recently went above and beyond by helping prepare my home for an important insurance appraisal and inspection. She worked incredibly hard, and her kindness and dedication meant more to me than I can express. The care I receive from Bayshore has completely changed my daily life. Even my family commented on how much happier, healthier, and more independent I seem. That is a direct reflection of the outstanding people who care for me. If you or someone you love is looking for compassionate, professional home care, I wholeheartedly recommend Bayshore. Thank you for treating me not just as a client, but as a person.

The staff make me feel like a prisoner in my own home, and with my mother Valerie being power of attorney, it is putting me into a position that I really don't appreciate. I'm too the point that I will refuse anymore staff.
